●ZOOMを使用し、GGSがホストとなります。ZOOMアプリの設定は事前に各自で行ってください。(IDとパスワードは参加者に後日連絡します。) ●ホストファミリーと学生はGGSが事前にマッチングします。 |

埼玉大学ウェブサイトより申込用紙 をダウンロードし、パソコンにてすべての空欄を記入し、申込期間内にメールでお送りください。

| How to carry out |
● ZOOM meeting & Chat will be used and GGS will host the meeting. Please install the ZOOM app in advance. (ID and password will be informed to participants later.) ● GGS will make a pair of host family and student before this meeting. |

Please download the application form from the website of Saitama University to fill in all blanks by using PC and send it by e-mail to the Office of International Affairs.
