本学への爆破予告に対する入構禁止の解除について Notice of lifting the prohibition on entering the University in response to bomb threats

本学に対し、”5月27日正午に爆破する"という内容の予告があり、本学では警察の協力のもと、入構禁止を行い、構内の不審物の確認等、警備の強化を進めてまいりました。
その結果、爆発等の発生はなく、構内にも特段の異状がなく安全を確認できたことから、5月27日15時をもって構内入構禁止の措置を解除しましたので、お知らせいたします。
なお、通常業務の再開は明日5月28日（金）からとなります。本日、学内施設は利用できませんので、ご注意ください。

A threatening letter was sent to Saitama University, stating that the University would be bombed at noon, May 27 and with the cooperation of the police, Saitama University had prohibited all entries to the campus and strengthened security by checking for any suspicious objects on campus.
As a result, no explosion has occurred and no particular abnormality was found in any of the facilities in our campus.
Therefore, Saitama University have lifted the prohibition on entering the premises as of 15:00 on May 27.
Normal business hours will resume tomorrow, Friday, May 28. Please note that the campus facilities will remain closed for the rest of the day today.
