埼玉大学への爆破予告に伴う施設入構禁止?附属学校園の休校等の措置について Notice of prohibition of access to facilities and closure of affiliated schools due to bomb threat to Saitama University

本学に対し、”5月27日正午に爆破する"という内容の予告がありました。本学では速やかに警察に連絡をし、協力して対応にあたっていますが、本学関係者並びに地域の皆様への安全を考慮して、5月27日(木)について、以下の措置を適用することといたします。
?本学の施設(大久保キャンパス、教育学部附属学校園)を終日入構禁止とし、警察対応等必要な業務に従事する職員等のみ出勤可とします。
?大学の授業は、遠隔方式で実施できる講義のみとします。詳細は、学生はweb学生システムで、教員は別途お知らせしますので、必ずご確認ください。
?教育学部附属学校園は、臨時休校?休園とします。
当日は大学施設周辺を含め、警察によるパトロールを強化し、地域の安全確保に努めます。
今回の対応により、皆様にご迷惑をおかけいたしますことについてお詫びいたします。安全確保の措置として、ご理解、ご協力をいただきますようお願いいたします。
A threatening letter was sent to Saitama University, stating that the University would be bombed at noon, May 27.
In consideration of the safety of our university members and the local community, Saitama University have decided to take the following measures on Thursday, May 27.
1. University facilities (Okubo Campus and all affiliated schools attached to the Faculty of Education) will be closed throughout the day. Only the staff members engaged in police response will be allowed to enter the campus.
2. University classes will be limited to lectures that can be conducted via remote. Please be sure to check the mail for further information. Students will receive mails through Web Student System, and faculties will be notified individually.
3. All affiliated schools attached to the Faculty of Education will be closed for the day.
4. Police patrols will be strengthened around the university facilities to ensure the safety of the community.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this action and appreciate for your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.
